• Finger conveyor with Titanium fingers for better grip and trouble free transportation inside of machine.
• Conveyor width adjustment from 70 mm to 300 mm suitable for all PCB sizes.
• Foam Fluxer for appropriate flux application.
• Finger cleaning device with solvent tank for neat and clean PCB at the exit of machine.
• Two Hot air convection preheaters of 1mtr length for appropriae preheating.
• 225 KG Nitrided SS lead free solder pot.
• Separate Jet wave for solder SMD components in shadow area also.
• Wedge Type Centre Support from Preheater to Pot for PCBs having lng width and length.

Static-Safequarded Work Area:

We have also implemented comprehensive ESD precautionary measures to protect sensitive eletronics components from electrostatic discharge. Our total work station flooring covered with ESD safe 2mm, 3layer mat. Periodic ESD audits performed by our competent team ensures compliance to ESD across the manufacturing facility.
